The Federal Court of Canada, under Justice Mosley, ruled that the invocation of the Emergencies Act was ultra vires. It was deemed an abuse of power, discriminatory, unconstitutional, beyond legal authority, unlawful, and illegal. Click on the page to read the full court ruling.
This is fantastic. It clearly was done illegally. There were NO conditions which met the criteria for an emergency declaration. I hope everyone who was abused and whose property was confiscated may now seek damages.

A lot of us were praying this would happen. Many thanks to the CCF and other groups for fighting for this. Praying that the justice served today spills into the bullshit trials of Tamara Lich, Chris Barber and any others affected by the illegal and narcissist ideas of a truly evil dictator that calls himself a prime minister. He truly deserves to burn in hell for all the damage he has done economically, psychologically and spiritually. As one US politician once said, there is a special place in hell for people like him.
