That was a great adventure. Thanks for sharing, this was an important event in many ways. To step to the side for a moment though... you really had me at "Tim Hortons". ;-) I've only been to Canada a few times, but the first thing I do when I go anywhere is check to see if there is a Tim Hortons nearby. Maybe it's a very good thing I don't live near one.
I will always be grateful for the courage and spirit the Freedom Convoy showed in standing up for our constitutional freedoms. They brought worldwide attention to what our Prime Minister is doing to Canadians by censoring our news and needlessly locking us down. Trudeau punished Canadians for not taking a vaccine that didn't stop the spread of covid, by crippling our economy so people lost their livelihoods. We learned that the police are no longer here to protect us as they're now political instruments of a corrupt government. People lost their jobs, homes and were left in isolation feeling alone. Trudeau colluded with bureaucrats, politicians, health authorities and media to inflate covid deaths when people were dying by suicide, drugs and lack of access to proper medical care. He and his cohorts were handsomely paid to pull this off. All that and Trudeau still failed because many saw through the inconsistencies and lies. Now Trudeau offers Canadians MAID when we ask him for help. No matter what spin the corrupt media puts on these events the world knows better. Thank you to the brave hearts that went to Ottawa for all of us.
