Trudeau Uses Violence Against Peaceful Protestors - Part 2 (February 19, 2022)
Debanked & Depersoned
Feb 19th, 2022,
It was late afternoon when I finally arrived at my friend’s house. I stumbled into her condo building on crutches with my leg wrapped in a plater’s cast. This time was much different; I could feel her anxiety from what Justin Trudeau and the Liberal party just did to Canada.
It seemed everyone from the people at the hotel, to the Uber driver, and people who helped me get into the Uber on the street, all felt a sense of anxiety and frustration about the uncertainty of Canada's seemingly new police state status.
As my friend took my coat I asked, “have you seen the Canada’s totalitarian dictatorship in action lately? Do you think Blackface Hitler is going to win?”
Sometimes it's important to laugh at the absurdity to maintain one’s sanity.
At the very least of her graciously accommodating me and being a supportive friend, I thought that I could treat us to dinner, and we could spend some time together and ignore the outrageous allegations coming out of Prime Minister Blackface Diversity's press conferences. It was surreal how he labelled everyone who disagreed with his policies as a domestic terrorist.
I opened the Uber Eats app to order food and after a bit of me being picky with my food choices (my friend will attest to this), I clicked ‘checkout’ and the transaction failed. Thinking it might be a technical issue OR wondering if Trudeau doubled down on his newly found authoritarian powers by invoking the Emergencies Act, I tried with a different credit card to no avail. It was in that moment that Trudeau and his Soros ventriloquist puppet sidekick, Chrystia Freeland had succeeded. My credit cards and bank accounts were frozen.
I hopped on my crutches over to my laptop, in disbelief something like this could happen in a democracy and logged onto my banking. I noticed immediately something was wrong. All my transactions for every account, both corporate and private, had been erased. A balance remained, but I could not execute any transactions, e-transfer, payments, etc. The same was true for my credit cards and lines of credit. I had been completely de-banked, and it dawned on me that the Government of Canada, Doug Ford's provincial government, law enforcement, and thousands of bureaucrats, had taken to the extremist tactic of trying to sever me, along with others, from participating in the largest and most peaceful demonstration in Canadian history.
The week beginning February 21st was filled with ongoing and seemingly never-ending calls with civil and criminal lawyers as the Ontario and federal governments began investigating me and others affiliated with the convoy. What police often call a "make it fit" investigation where allegations and dubious circumstantial or false evidence is used to charge an individual, is what was being conducted. The warrant requested from a judge was based on criminal money laundering for the purpose of supporting a terrorist organization. All of this built on fake-news and propaganda. This was shocking and a glaring politicization of law enforcement by Canadian politicians that mirrored authoritarian governments from around the world that they have so publicly rejected.
It all began when we watched the Ottawa Police, RCMP, OPP, Peel Region Police, Toronto Police, Sudbury Police and Barrie Police, engage in targeted mass arrests. All these officers had their name tags covered, badges removed and no body cameras, which are compulsory in at least two of those police jurisdictions. These are tactics used by the likes of Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, where 80,000 Venezuelans were disappeared by the government. These brutal tactics seemed to have arrived in Canada.
It is impossible to keep track of all the phone calls, groups chats, and chain messages between various lawyers working to support us - all who spent the next several days trying to figure out what was going on. As one Lawyer said to me, "I've spoken to many people in my firm, and everyone shrugs in total confusion. We are in unchartered legal waters, and the reality is, none of this should even be happening if our government abided by the charter of rights and freedoms. Now that they have violated citizens’ rights for a sustained period and implemented martial law, who knows what applies now? They are just making things up at will and nothing is being scrutinized by parliament. They are legislating by decree."
Beginning February 19th my life and many others involved in Freedom Convoy was exclusively dedicated to talking to lawyers. There was a class action law suit filed by someone involved in the Liberal party and I immediately understood this was another attempt by the Trudeau government to target organizers of the Freedom Convoy albeit with plausible deniability. This kind of lawfare harassment is typical and paired with false victimization tactics. Lawfare is a commonly understood legal practice used by vexatious litigants to drag defendants, (typically victims in this scenario), through the legal system where they know it is unlikely they will receive remedy. The purpose is to cause the defendant extensive and sustained punishment through legal fees and sustained defence. This is why so many defendants are named in the suit. It's also not a coincidence that Justin Trudeau’s former chief of staff, Gerry Butts, (long rumoured to still be calling all the shots behind the scenes) seemed obsessed with the amount of money the convoy raised. This was during a time where the Liberal party donations all but collapsed and the liberal party struggled to receive donations from 400 party donors within the month of February (extremely low). Due to this lawfare harassment case, the entire weekend was filled with multiple calls and meetings with the lawyers working on behalf of the Freedom Convoy to defend the participants.
On the following Monday February 21st, our lawyers were working to have the Minerva injunction lifted. This was the first I had heard of this type of injunction. My primary focus was on media interviews which was non-stop throughout the convoy. The motion to withdraw this injunction was to be held on Monday the 28th and our lawyers would inform us of what had transpired.
Before I received word of the status of the Minerva injunction on Monday February 28th, I got a message from Caribou, the Bitcoiner who helped lead the Bitcoin team that was supporting the Convoy. He messaged me stating that 1 hour after the Minerva hearing, the RCMP and OPP raided his house. They took his computer, phones, podcasting microphone, hard drives and other personal items which seems more about intimidation and humiliation. They demanded his seed phrases, (combinations to the bitcoin wallet that had some bitcoin remaining) and immediately attempted to transfer the remaining amount from a bitcoin wallet called “Nunchuk” to an OPP registered bitcoin wallet. Was this theft by the state following the already targeted harassment and violent abuse by law enforcement?
It was when Caribou told me this story that I experienced doubts about the future of Canada. The fact that Justin Trudeau was doubling down on racist cultural Marxist policies, and the extensive degree of political entryism in Canada; was the Canada I grew up in no longer? Should I seek political asylum? It sounded ridiculous but given the current political situation it was not completely irrational to consider.
I cannot tell you how crushed I felt. It was only the other day I saw people united - people from different cultures and parts of the country that spanned the political spectrum. It was almost a week to the day where I had a lengthy conversation with a lifetime NDP school trustee, and although we had different political perspectives, we agreed things had gone off a cliff and we must return to supporting the principal of freedom and begin to talk to one another despite our differences.
I called my lawyer and he suggested as a precaution I call a criminal lawyer. Luckily, I had just the guy. I produce a podcast called Not on Record, with Criminal Lawyers Joseph Neuberger, Chris Assie, and legal researcher and YouTube star, Diana Davison. I called Chris at the advice of Joseph who informed me a couple of days earlier that he was off to New York, to explain what had transpired.
I went from relative unease to feeling somewhat confident after our pep talk and his explanation on how to handle the matter. We were concerned that the warrant for Caribou that was rubber stamped by a judge who, allegedly is not known for his diligence, would also be extended to me. This was odd to me since other than understanding how Bitcoin works, I had no idea or involvement in the structure used to distribute the funds beyond it having been explained to me. I explained that I had one of the multiple passwords required to transfer Bitcoin, but that was all. Like a corporate bank account where multiple signatories are required to process a payment, in this case, only 3 of 5 password holders were required. My password was moot.
My lawyer Chris, discovered the highly unethical strategy the police were planning while speaking with them - yet another stain on policing in Canada. The OPP, who seemed to be running the investigation along the RCMP, used warrants to raid Caribou’s residence and intimidate him enough to hand over Bitcoin seed phrases to them, which would be in direct violation of a court order from the civil lawfare harassment trial. Essentially, this would be entrapment and forcing us to commit a crime. Was I next in this banana republic law enforcement tactic? Thankfully, Chris explained to the police why this would not happen and recommended they contact the plaintiff in the civil case and request to have them surrender the funds they received via court order.
As soon as we became aware of what the police were planning, I contacted our lawyers in the civil case and immediately surrendered the only seed phrase I had to be sent to be held in escrow. I also burned the only paper copy I had. This was a voluntarily surrendering of my seed phrase to the court, which the fake-news CBC would describe as Bitcoin being “blocked." This was shocking and upsetting. I have family in policing, and I have always been a supporter of law enforcement but now I felt in the cross hairs of the corrupt policing.
On top of everything that was going on, I was deeply concerned for Tamara who had been repeatedly denied bail by an incredibly politicized judiciary. Some of my police friends called it "a bullshit mischief charge" that should have been given the weight of a parking ticket. The attempt to link aiding and abetting to a mischief charge, which had never been done in Canadian history, was nothing more than an attempt by the government to politically target a Metis woman who has been a pillar of her community for many years. It seems that Prime Minister Blackface Trudeau does not only NOT care about missing Indigenous women, but he also doesn’t seem to care about Tamara, the Indigenous woman the court brought in wearing shackles as though she was in a banana republic version of Shawshank awaiting her redemption.
Even when Tamara was finally released on bail, the soap opera of legal matters continued. With regards to Pat King still held in custody, irrespective of the fact he was never an official organizer of the convoy, and Tamara and I issued a statement stating as such on GoFundMe on January 25th; all of us are in agreement with Canadian Lawyer and YouTuber Viva Frei’s assessment of his predicament. No matter how misguided people’s opinions are, we cannot live in a society that politically and criminally targets people for misguided opinions. That is how third world dictatorships operate.
Most Canadians understand that Canada is at a critical crossroads. Will we allow the Canadian ruling political class to continue to spiral our country into a Venezuelan-like collapse? Or will Canadians of all backgrounds and political beliefs unify to protect freedom of thought, freedom of speech and protect our fundamental rights like the Freedom Convoy set out to do? Which will you chose?
End The Mandates, End The Passports.

We lost the peaceful Freedom “war” when Trudeau closed bank accounts. We now know our dictator in chief can confiscate personal property! That was the big win for Trudeau. Next, win, and final win, is NDP and Liberals joined together as one party. No opposition that matters, and the power to steal your assets. Sound familiar? What countries do this? So, head down, mutter in the dark, and hope aren’t noticed.
This eventually needs to be a book. Well done and thank you.
