This year marks the second anniversary since Justin Trudeau and the then Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland unlawfully froze bank accounts, credit cards, credit lines, corporate accounts, and any means of transacting for innocent Canadian citizens. The justification was their frustration with peaceful protestors, the Canadian Truckers, who sought an end to authoritarian mandates and the imposition of the ArriveCan app on Canadians without consent. It appears that the Trudeau regime struggles to understand that "no" means "no."
The repercussions of the authoritarian crackdown by the Trudeau regime have been severe. The current crop of leaders has entered lame-duck status and is no longer taken seriously by anyone worldwide, including members of their own party. The irreparable damage to the reputation of Canada's financial system has been extensive, with the Emergencies Measures Act (EMA) invocation causing a bank run totalling $1.2 - $1.4 trillion dollars during the EMA period, as articulated by multiple sources who contacted me directly. Perhaps this is the reason why formerly liberal senators, now "independent," refused to support Trudeau in the senate to certify the EMA during that perplexing week in February 2022.
The divide in the Liberal Party has become quite evident, and it started during the Freedom Convoy when several MPs reached out to me through a conduit. They advised me that more than 30+ Liberal MPs were forming a coalition within the party to pull the plug on Prime Minister Blackface, as he's known to everyone else around the world. There is speculation that this was the real reason he invoked the EMA. This also explains why the comical and embarrassing Public Order Emergencies Commission (POEC), not worthy of a banana republic, failed to grant standing to myself and a select group of others who could have outlined the political shenanigans that were occurring behind the scenes during the protest. The opportunity for fair cross examination was stripped from the hands of lady justice.
The government incompetence and inability of "leaders" to merely speak with constituents "the truckers" during and since the convoy has been strikingly apparent. The extremists who hold office in Canada are proficient only in collusion and escalation at every opportunity, showcasing an extreme level of deception. I'm not referring to the basic lies typical of politicians but rather to the Pravda-esque propaganda that resulted in Chrystia Freeland being exposed as the most incompetent person to hold office in all of Canadian history, next to Justin Trudeau. She attempted to undo centuries of British Common Law Jurisprudence by creating retroactive laws to ban crowdfunding donations, which were legal leading up to and during the protest. This kind of unprecedented nonsense provides a perfect segue into a philosophical conversation asking when laws become immoral. However, I digress, and my assumption is she lacks the basic intelligence to understand Doc's time machine; a fictional Delorean wasn't actually real and one cannot created retroactive legislation in our universe. Yes, she is that thick. I've attended an intimate event where she spoke on Syrian refugees prior to her election, and I was in awe of her lack of cognitive ability. Sneaky and deceptive do not equate to intelligence; they're instinctive.
When Freeland was finally called to task in a parliamentary hearing about the freezing of bank accounts, she attempted and failed to infer that banks and financial institutions took it upon their own accord to freeze accounts. I had been waiting several months for her to say something this idiotic and had in queue a response to my email inquiry to Scotiabank, who inferred the opposite. Their letter suggested that the action to freeze bank accounts was due to direct pressure from the Canadian government. ZeroHedge and DailyWire picked up the story, and once again, the finance minister with zero finance experience had political egg on her face.
All of this degradation of Canada's reputation around the world, primarily caused by gross incompetence in the political class, serves as a warning to the rest of the world: eradicate such stupidity from your politics and corporate media before society collapses entirely.
However, amid all the chaos, backstabbing, and sabotage we endured during the Freedom Convoy, there was a beacon of hope. Something that a select few of us understand: the Bitcoin Protocol. Many of you who follow me online, have joined Twitter spaces with me, and watched my livestreams, or even saw the speech by Robert F. Kennedy speech from Bitcoin Miami, understand the importance of money outside the government system.
I know some of you explained to friends and family there is an options outside the Blackface Trudeau-Freeland financial system. A system that will not be improved upon if Mark Carney were to be elected the next leader of the Liberal Party as the extremists in the Liberal Party are planning. The potential of the bitcoin protocol is so significant that BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, and 10 other Wall Street firms have all applied for a Bitcoin ETF, expected to be approved in 2024.
This is, as one of my many influencers growing up, James Burke, described: the rapid change to society caused by technology that increases exponentially. In this case, however, the change is biased towards freedom, the very principles underpinning the Canadian Trucker Convoy. The legacy Pravda Media will attempt to convince you otherwise, which is why I have shared with you The Bitcoin Capitalist newsletter, written by Mark Jeftovic. Since then, I have received many private messages asking how to buy Bitcoin. I now have a solution to share with you.
I was contacted by a Canadian Bitcoin exchange interested in sponsoring this Substack because they were strong supporters of the Freedom Convoy. This is the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together, especially those of you who are still uncertain about how to use the Bitcoin protocol and require simplicity. I understand because I felt the same way many years ago.
BeaverBitcoin.com is a Canadian exchange that provides a simple, user-friendly platform. Simplicity is the key, as I have discussed many times on the radio with Marc Patrone. Beaver Bitcoin is one of the simplest exchanges I have come across and a great place to start your bitcoin journey in Canada. Visit their website and create an account where you can buy as little as $100 via e-transfer, with a concierge offering for those looking to buy more than $25,000 of Bitcoin.
As I have explained in previous Substacks and in many twitter space, owning Bitcoin allows is a hedge against inflation and preserve our wealth. As we experienced during the Freedom Convoy, it serves as a hedge against government authoritarianism. Doug Ford blocked Freedom Convoy donations through a court injunction, and Justin Trudeau and Chrystia Freeland froze our bank accounts, credit cards, and all means of payment processing through never-seen-before, retroactive enforcement. The one thing they couldn't stop was Bitcoin.
All of us who came together during and since the Freedom Convoy and avoided capture by political parties need to stick together and help support each other's businesses which is why I am very selective in what businesses or platforms I promote on this substack.
I also hope you will consider buying copies of Honking For Freedom for friends and colleagues to share the truth about the Freedom Convoy and the great moment of unity in Canadian history. People who were previously against the Convoy are starting to listen with an open mind, I know because they have contacted me directly. Try to reach them if you can because we cannot let deceptive political actors rewrite history, no matter which political team they play for. Our future depends on the truth.
